In December 2009, Swiss national radio Couleur 3 organised a one-week long worldwide operation in which six hours of daily programs would be locally generated from four locations: Bamako, Berlin, Montreal and Sidney. The regular radio team was split up and dispatched to those cities, collecting news, interviews and, of course, live music.
Stéphane Noël was in charge of Berlin, finding venues for the radio studio and the musical events, coordinating logistics and suggesting topics and artists.
